More good news on the horizon, the Workers Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau (WCIRB) has recommended another 5.2% rate decrease effective January 1, 2006. This is seen as a positive sign that the market continues to rebound and provide more alternatives, in both price and company selection. The Association of California Insurance Companies also weighs in the on the positive influence recent reforms have had on their control and settlement of claims.
