Shannon has been in the insurance industry for 18 years.  15 years in personal lines and the last 3 in commercial.  Shannon began her career at Alandale 9 years ago, then left, and last year found her way back.  

Alandale stresses the importance of education and challenges our staff to obtain insurance certifications.  Shannon is one of many who has responded to that challenge by earning her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
