Jessica began her career at Alandale in 1997, starting out as a receptionist, she now works as a customer service agent for large commercial accounts. She is also our resident Notary Public and is currently finishing up the last segment of her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation.

Jessica handles a myriad of aspects of commercial insurance, from assisting account managers with certificates, policy requests and complicated data entry to monitoring claims activity, especially workers compensation---keeping claims moving and costs at a minimum so the impact on our customers are as low as possible, especially in this ever turbulent marketplace where rates are ever increasing.
